Toledo Aquarium

Ursula was project manager of the Architecture and Engineering team from the concept phase through to the completion of the permitting phase. Project delivery was CM at Risk. Entire project budget was $25.5 mil.

She was accountable for conducting client focus groups, developing the client program, managing animal species matrix, hiring local & national MEP teams, managing budget, & schedule, managing internal EHDD staff, managing animal species matrix.
