As program manager for the new Pacific Visions addition at the aquarium, Ursula liaised with the client team to help develop their project program, assisted in marketing the new facility and represented the project at AOP board meetings and donor events.​

Ursula engaged the architectural and engineering team through to the completion of the permitting phase, and was accountable for the design team budget expenditures.

Interfacing with the movie directors who were designing the media content within the facility was essential to ensure smooth coordination of exhibits and infrastructure.

Regular cooperation with Long Beach City officials helped secure the necessary building permits in 2015.

The project was open to the public in 2019.
