SPANISH RENOVATION
2015/07 - 2016/05:
Ursula renovated an historical apartment within the Spanish village of San Pere de Ribes, Barcelona Province, Spain. The interiors were completely gutted to modernize the environment, while some historical artifacts were retained.

SAN FRANCISCO RENOVATION
1997 - 2015:
Ursula and her husband redesigned and rebuilt their circa1872 Victorian house in the Mission district of San Francisco.
The building was structurally and seismically reinforced: new plumbing and electrical was installed throughout the three stories. Exterior walls were insulated and new insulated windows and skylights replaced the single pane glass: new exterior decks were rebuilt. The 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the kitchen were all extensively remodeled.
